The Villa Le Fontanelle is the realization of a vision brought to life by Nena & Davide Spadea, and orchestrated with the aid of an adept team of architects. After a construction period of two years, this architectural gem came into its full glory in the summer of 2019. Originally, we had no intention of renting this exquisite home externally. But once we experienced the expansiveness of the villa, we realized it would be a shame to let this jewel remain unoccupied for a year. After all, it's well known that unoccupied properties suffer more damage than those that are lived in. So, we began to offer our villa for rent on various platforms. The overwhelming response filled us with immense joy. It's truly a pleasure to share the beauty of this place with others. Each year when we spend our summer holidays in Calabria, we can feel the joy of life that guests bring to the house. This experience makes staying at the Villa Le Fontanelle even more special and unforgettable.
