Villa Le Fontanelle is the fruit of Nena and Davide Spadea’s vision, realized with the help of a team of skilled architects.

After two years of work, this architectural gem reached its full splendor in the summer of 2019.

Initially, we had no intention of renting our exquisite mansion to third parties.

However, once we experienced the grandeur of the mansion, we realized that it would be a shame to leave it unused for an entire year.

After all, it is well known that unused properties suffer more damage than inhabited ones.

Thus, we started offering our villa for rent on different platforms.

The enthusiastic response we received filled us with joy.

It is truly a pleasure to be able to share the beauty of this place with others.

Every year when we spend our summer vacation in Calabria, we can feel the joy of life that guests bring to the house.
